I always wanted to know how well full-size big body sedans fared in crash tests, but I can't seem to find one for an LS/7/S-class of today...
Same reason why no one crash tests a diesel pickup.

My first boss had 3 of that era benz, plus 1 saturn his wife had since college. The wife and kids went to the aquarium one afternoon, and decided to take the saturn for some reason. They were hit head on by a drunk in Jeep Cherokee, and all 3 of them perished. I can't help but think had they taken one of the benz's the outcome might have been different.

Found this one.
Pretty impressive. The steering column doesn't even budge until the driver face plants it.
